I am very involved in the custom home building process from land acquisition to design conception to the actual building process to following up with you after you move in. Adding on to your property
With the current housing crisis in Bend, the City is loosening its' standards for what is allowed on a property. If you have enough space on your property, you have the potential to add an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) or tiny house or mother-in-law cottage on your property up to 1000SF. This is great for reasons such as a place for extended families, office, or rental income.
